Fuente and Gurkha Settle Tin Dispute

A settlement has been reached between Fuente Cigar Ltd., owner of the Arturo Fuente and Fuente Fuente OpusX brands, and Beach Cigar Group Inc., the company behind Gurkha cigars.
The dispute started over black, glossy cigar tins that were made by the same company. Fuente believed the Gurkha tin constituted a trademark infringement on its Fuente Fuente OpusX cigar tin.
