Oh, those fake Cohibas sold in the Dominican Republic. The country seems full of them, and this one is a perfect example. This is one of the infamous "Cohiba Crystals," packed in a box with a glass top. There is no such thing as a genuine Cohiba Crystal, but there are operations in the Dominican Republic rolling the purported Cuban cigars and putting them in the glass-top boxes. Not only is the band an obvious fake -- the blurred "La Habana" script, the running black type on the word "Cohiba" and the completely fudged white block that contains the "Cohiba" type are all evidence of a poorly done counterfeit -- as an added bonus, the cigars come with a "Cohiba humidification stick." This is one of the worst counterfeits we have ever seen.
